Exuviance Gentle Cleansing Creme Review

I received the Exuviance Gentle Cleansing Creme last week in the mail to review for you guys. I absolutely love my regular skincare routine so I'm usually a little hesitant to try new skincare products, but I am so glad I did! I have extremely clear skin and very rarely break out, but my skin is extremely sensitive. I was ecstatic when I heard that this product is specifically formulated for sensitive skin. The creme is soap free and is formulated with PHA and botanicals to smooth the texture of skin. My skin dries out a lot during the winter months and I was excited to try a cleanser that is meant to lightly moisturize the skin. I had read that the cleanser also dissolves make-up, so I had to put it to the test.

I tried this product for the first time two days ago and purposely left on the majority of my make-up to see how much it would really remove. I had on primer, BB cream, a light layer of foundation, blush, and mascara. I dampened my skin and massaged the cleanser into my skin in an upward circular motion. This cleanser feels like you're just applying lotion, but it doesn't absorb into the skin. I rinsed my face and patted it dry with a towel. I was happy to see that it removed about 90% of my makeup and my pores looked clean and clear. I have now used this product a total of five times and am still impressed with the results. I would recommend still using a moisturizer after using this, but as a cleanser this product is near perfect and doesn't dry out or irritate my skin in the slightest.

Two of my favorite things about Exuviance are that they are made in the USA and are cruelty free. I love that they don't outsource since we need to keep more jobs in America. I try to avoid brands that test on animals, so I feel like this brand is something I would actually go home with after picking it up at a store. They have been featured in both Glamour and Haper's Bazaar, which are two magazines that I frequently flip through to find new products.

You can purchase this cleanser for $32 at exuviance.com and can check out the rest of their products there, as well. I'm excited to try more of their products and currently have the Night Renewal HydraGel, Sheer Refining Fluid SPF 35, and Bionic Oxygen Facial sitting in my shopping cart.
