Weekly Workout Challenge 3.1-3.7

Another week, another workout challenge! This week we are starting with the same cardio warm-up and ending with the same stretch routine. We will also be getting through the entire Swimsuit Slimdown Series throughout the week! I have been getting a lot of really great feedback on the weekly workout series on the reader survey and am so glad that so many people are enjoying doing this with me!
