I've been trying to give you all a couple days off between workout challenges just so you don't feel like I'm not giving your muscles time to recoup. This week I gave you more than half a week off so that you can feel nice and refreshed going into the new challenge. This week we'll be working out a little longer than previous weeks, but you can do it!
